For a single, accessible 18-inch hardwood stump in an average yard, a reasonable expectation is roughly 10 minutes of setup, 20 to 30 minutes of grinding, and 10 to 15 minutes of cleanup, so well under an hour, start to finish. Scale that up for bigger stumps, difficult access, or higher counts.
