Our Role

StumpGrindingUSA is a referral and lead-generation service. We connect homeowners with independent local stump-grinding professionals. We do not perform stump-grinding work ourselves, do not employ the professionals, and are not a party to any agreement you make with them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use this site and request a quote.

Quotes and Pricing

Any prices or ranges shown on the site are general estimates for informational purposes only. Final pricing is set by the independent professional based on your specific job. Quotes are free and carry no obligation.

Independent Contractors

The professionals we match you with are independent businesses that carry their own insurance and licensing. Your agreement for the actual work is directly between you and that professional. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, timing, pricing, or outcome of any work performed, and any dispute about the work should be resolved with the professional.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to arrange safe access to the work area, and to follow applicable requirements, including contacting 811 ("Call Before You Dig") so underground utilities can be marked before any grinding begins.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and our referral service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StumpGrindingUSA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any work performed by an independent professional, arising out of or related to your use of the site or our referral service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StumpGrindingUSA from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with an independent professional.

Intellectual Property

The site content, design, and brand are owned by StumpGrindingUSA or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Governing Law
